Excellent location, well lit and very good staff. They're very warm and make sure to make you very comfortable from the time you check in

Good position

The hotel is positioned quite well - you are close to the beach, party, multiple night markets, bars, and restaurants. At night we didn't have problems with a loud party music, so we slept really well. The room was nice and clean. The mattress was comfortable, and sheets were clean. Balcony was perfect to dry our towels. Personal was polite and helpful. I would like to say special thanks to the lady chef - she prepared the most amazing pad kaprao for breakfast, and she was extremely nice.

The view from the window was not too nice due to the electric cables.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. I requested extra towels and a bedside lamp and she arrived quickly and without fuss. Location is good.Bed really comfortable.Bathroom facilities really good, nice shower.

Nice stay.

The hotel is nice, it is in a good location and the staff were very good. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The room was very spacious.

Going off other Citrus hotels it felt as though they were in the middle of taking over this hotel. For example, compared to other citrus hotels the rooms are not as modern or nice. If we came Patong again we would stay at this hotel but would request a room away from the road as it was very loud. Although the balcony was very good the rooms at the front need double glazing.

Very nice rooms, modern and clean, spacious, with balconies.

no warm water in the shower. Hotel also charges deposit in cash, which was not mentioned anywhere.

Really enjoyed our stay!

We were a group of 8 and stayed here for 10 days. Really good location, only a 10 min walk from Bangla road. Close to the 711, ATM and the beach. Loved the breakfast which had a really good variety and the restaurant staff was really friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious, clean and a good view from the balcony. Loved that the rooms were cleaned every day.

The light by the pool wasn't working. We had to carry all our bags to the rooms. There was no one to show us to our room and show/ explain all the facilities when we arrived. Aircon kept leaking.

Location is great.

Location is great. Staff are friendly. Breakfast buffet is simple yet has enough options.

Furniture, finishing a and curtains could use a bit of an update. WiFi gives some trouble (discounts a lot).

Great location, good price, comfortable & clean rooms

Great location, large comfortable rooms and good size bathroom with strong, warm shower. Room cleaned every day, with fresh sheets and towels, free water daily and nice cold air-con. Balcony for smoking or drying clothes, in-room safe - laundry & travel service out front of hotel. Approx. $35AUD per night.

Great value comfy stay in a good location

Great value, lovely breakfast and the people were very friendly with their service. Good location and overlooking the pool was a quiet room. In room facilities were good, aircon was a little warm and the fixed it in 5 minutes. Excellent.

A good hotel, well priced, with no major complaints from me.

Room was adequate with a comfortable bed, room cleaned daily but bathroom soap often not replaced. Balcony to the road very good, but a bit noisy but OK for me, other guests preferred the pool side of the hotel. Ease of check in, getting to the room early, one hour late check-out all appreciated.

Had breakfast once (thankfully I did not prepay for breakfasts) but the selection was below average, the sausages were cold, then just warm after I mentioned they were cold. Breakfasts outside the hotel were better.

Stay only for one night. Good location right on patong 2nd road very near to hard rock cafe and value for money. Enough big rooms with balcony.

The neighboring hotel Paripas is much better value as I stayed in both of them on same trip.

The bed and surroundings were clean and comfortable. The small lobby area is air-conditioned, similar to the rooms.

Front desk gave no information about facilities at check in, but handed out a peace of paper of "do not" rules. Had to wait in the lobby for inspection of your room for return of key deposit of BHT 1000 cash, even though they have your credit card info and you don't have a criminal record. Rooms are small, ok for a single person. Small swimming pool area is in the shade of tall buildings.

Fabulous on the surface, way the other guests treated it with no policing hotel was an issue.

Friendly staff, great location and super clean. Planned to stay for 3 nights stayed for 12.

Large family groups occupying several rooms on a floor seemed to be common. Often they'd leave there doors open and kids would run back and forth treating it like a large apartment from 6am if not earlier, until late. This occurred with several different families during my stay, I would not stay again and would not recommend for this reason.
